It’s been a busy time recently. Busy is good! I was a way a couple of weeks ago in Poland with Bags of Rock. We played the Zamek Festival, which is in Krakow. The polish crowd of around 5000 loved our performance and showed great appreciation. We ended up at a bar after the gig with most of crowd and played the pipes & drums all night 🙂 here’s a pic of us before the gig on the stage:
We’re now about to have our last rehearsal before flying to Belgium on Saturday. It looks like a massive ‘Scottish’ weekend over there so i can’t wait. Apart from BoR stuff I’ve been teaching away and playing at various functions, even travelling to the Lake District and Manchester for weddings. I’m looking forward to the Edinburgh uni term starting again as i enjoy teaching the foreign students how to play the practice chanter.
