Last month I was 1 of 30 performers who were in Shanghai for a street festival. It was my first trip to China and really enjoyed it. The gig lasted for a week and, being the only Scot, that was plenty of the hot & humid weather for me! The Chinese seemed to appreciate the pipes/tunes, but i think they were more shocked to see a caucasian playing an octopus in a skirt in their country haha 😛
